I would suggest that you first of all come to beginners sessions. Here you will be covered with beginners insurance and decide if you like and are able to cope with Ice hockey goals.
In order to train with the U14's team it would involve you signing with the club and paying for game insurance etc.
If you come to the beginners sessions there you will meet coaches from the club who will help to get you started.
I hope this helps. |

| I'd like to have a go but I'm probably a bit old and I can't skate too well, cos I am just learning, but if anyone would like to give me any tips they would be greatly appreciated. |

| Don't worry about your skating ability, come down on a Wednesday and give it a go. There are a couple of us old gits giving it a try and as long as you don't mind the kids whipping your ass constantly then it's great fun. Even the kids are friendly too so sure you'd enjoy it. |
