U12s v Blackburn

Well unfortunately i couldn't be there but I've watched the footage recorded for me and it would seem the U12s put in a good performance.
Bradford got off to a flyer as Connor Parkin scored his first goal for the club from a Kieran Brown assist after just 1 min 20 secs. Blackburn hit back at 8.47 but Alfie Glenn put the Bulldogs ahead once again at 11.06 with Parkin this time getting the assist. Blackburn again pulled level at 16.56 but Connor Parkin scored an unassisted goal just 28 seconds later to give the Bulldogs a one goal lead at the end of the first.
The second started well for the Bulldogs who doubled their lead after just 42 seconds when Alfie Glenn got his second of the evening from a Connor Parkin assist. Blackburn hit back again at 21.14 but Alfie Glenn netted his 3rd of the evening at 25.35 with a double assist from Connor Parkin and Kieran Brown to restore the Bulldog's two goal lead. Blackburn scored again at 27.49 but this was to be their last effort as Bradford closed the game off. Alfie Glenn got his fourth of the evening at 28.50 from a George-Harry Thornton assist and then Connor Parkin got his hat-trick goal at 38.24 from an Alfie Glenn assist. Kieran Brown finished the game off with a solo effort at 39.45.
Well done boys, we're now 6 games unbeaten and top of the league (although I'm sure Sutton will have beaten Newcastle this weekend so will go above us on goal difference!)
A fine way to start Christmas and it sets us up nicely for our next two games against Manchester.
