Goalie TrainingI would suggest that you first of all come to beginners sessions. Here you will be covered with beginners insurance and decide if you like and are able to cope with Ice hockey goals.
In order to train with the U14's team it would involve you signing with the club and paying for game insurance etc.
If you come to the beginners sessions there you will meet coaches from the club who will help to get you started.
I hope this helps.

I'd like to have a go but I'm probably a bit old and I can't skate too well, cos I am just learning, but if anyone would like to give me any tips they would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about your skating ability, come down on a Wednesday and give it a go. There are a couple of us old gits giving it a try and as long as you don't mind the kids whipping your ass constantly then it's great fun. Even the kids are friendly too so sure you'd enjoy it.

At 18 you're probably a little old although never say never. Get a kit together and get down to rec training on Wednesday evenings at 22:30. As long as you can skate you should be ok.

Planing to come with my mates to tomorrows session. Do u guys train in full kit or just gloves.
And another thing, what are those trainings on Wednesdays at 22:30, do u have to be registered, or anyone, who has a kit and knows how to play can come along.
cheers
