Hope every body had a Merry Christmas and is looking forward to the New Year with vigour and glee.
Today's match was the first meeting of new club Sutton with our U16 squad.
The first period was a nightmare, Bradford struggling from Christmas excess and a don't give a damn attitude. 2 goals, one in the last second, from Jack Muff gave Bradford a 2-1 lead at the end of the first period.
An ice cut and a "strong" talking to from coach Brown saw Bradford putting on a better show for the next 2 periods. Coach Brown ran 3 Lines with a rotating defense for the whole of the match.
The second period saw Ballerina chav Armo score 2 unassisted goals and D man Butler score from an assist by Alex Laville and the flukiest redirection of a fluffed shot saw the puck trickle into the back of the net.
Bradford finished the period 5-1 up.
Period 3 saw the Sutton heads go down and Bradford took advantage.
Ben Flan opened the scoring with a lovely placed shot into the back of the net. Next Leigh netted his first goal assisted by Laville.
4 mins later assisted by Willis and Alex Leigh netted his second.
Less than 2 mins later saw Alex score his first with an assist from Willis.
Chris Armo completed his hat trick with another unassisted goal 40 mins into the game.
2 mins later on a powerplay saw a pass from Alex converted with a sweet slapshot from the blue line into a hat trick for Leigh.
