u18 Bradford v NottinghamBradford 3 Nottingham 3What a thriller of a game! You can generally rely on Hanson’s boys (and girl) to give there all, and that they certainly did against a strong Nottingham title contending side. 2-0 down in the first period, down but not out. The whole team showed great grit and determination after a defeat the previous evening in Billingham they worked their butts off with some great teamwork and individual skill. Congratulations to Bradford Newby Carl Webb scoring his first and probably most crucial goal for Bradford. Not too sure my heart is built for too many of those 5 on 3 for the last 2 mins. (When we have 3 players that is.) Final score was a true result. Hats off to Nottingham who played just as hard and determined as Bradford’s elite team in this potential table position decider. I wouldn’t want to put money on the result of our next meeting at Nottingham, but it was a pleasure to be involved with this game. Great entertaining Hockey. Missed the action?
